Virtuoso Architecture has been designing beautiful, timeless homes in Monmouth and Ocean counties for over 10 years and has assembled a team of experts in their respective fields. We use REVIT 3-dimension design software that enables us to walk our clients thru the interior and around the exterior of their home.

Paul Grabowski, the Principal owner of Virtuoso Architecture, has maintained his vision of superior design through hard work since his teenage years. He grew up working summers and holidays for his father’s central vacuum company, which provided services for homes throughout New Jersey and New York. These residences ran the gamut, from multi-million dollar estates to modest bungalows. At the age of 16, Paul began to renovate his family’s farmhouse, circa 1818, demolishing and rebuilding each of the structure’s components. It was at this time that he gained the hands-on experience that would lead to his life’s passion of a career in residential architecture.

Paul Grabowski attended the highly acclaimed Pratt Institute School of Architecture in Brooklyn and interned for the prestigious architectural firm of Gwathmey and Siegel. After graduating college, Grabowski worked for Matzel & Mumford, a leading residential building firm, where he managed the architectural services and the design center, as well as performing marketing functions. Paul later established a Building Science department for K. Hovnanian Homes—New Jersey’s largest homebuilder—focusing on the best ways to construct homes and the science behind it. He was one of only a few architects in the United States involved with Building Science.

Today, Paul Grabowski continues his pursuit of perfection with the same diligence of his earlier days, enhanced by a wealth of experience in designing residences in the Jersey Shore area.
