Virtuoso Architecture is a widely known and well-respected firm specializing in residential architectural services including new homes, renovations and additions.

The primary focus of Virtuoso Architecture is on “Seashore Style” architecture, with projects in prized locations from the Navesink River to the Metedeconk River and along several New Jersey coastal towns.

Virtuoso Architecture believes in creating timeless designs that speak to the vernacular of the surrounding area. We firmly believe that the homes we create should appear to have been there forever. Regardless of a project’s size or scope, we take special care to provide personalized service to our clients focusing on both their lifestyle needs and their visual preferences.

Our Process

At Virtuoso Architecture, we pride ourselves on performing our services with the utmost professionalism, proficiency and timeliness. Our process entails three separate phases: Design, Design Development and Construction Documents.

DESIGN

After an initial discussion about the homeowner’s need and desires, the architects visit the site to review site conditions and take measurements. That’s when the design phase begins. Virtuoso Architecture will then create architectural sketches of all floor plans and elevations for your new home.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Once the sketches are approved, Virtuoso Architecture creates Revit 3D drawings of all floor plans and elevations for your new home, taking into consideration all site conditions.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

Once all designs are finalized, Virtuoso Architecture provides the documents necessary for bidding, permits and construction. The drawings continue to develop down to the very last details – bringing you one step closer to your dream home.

 The thought of designing and building a new home was a little overwhelming for us. Virtuoso Architecture guided us the through the entire process seamlessly. The ability to see or home in 3D and walk thru in 3D enabled us to fully understand the home design and eliminated potential changes during the building process.
